Get help with the ChatGPT integration, question links, or a practice session that didn’t work as expected.
A short description or a relevant excerpt is usually enough. You don’t need to send your full chat history, resume, or interview answers. Remove passwords, private company information, and other sensitive details from screenshots.
Check that Interview Prep DB is enabled in your ChatGPT session. Try a new conversation with a concrete request such as “Give me interview practice questions for Amazon.” If it still doesn’t retrieve questions, email us with the request and what happened.
The integration includes a limited selection of questions. A question may be unavailable, or a temporary request limit may apply. If you see a cooldown, wait for it to end. If the link still fails, send us the question URL and the message shown on the page.
The integration retrieves questions. Your study plan, coaching, and reported completion are handled in the conversation; they don’t mark questions complete or save a plan to your website account.
